Mayfair Heights

established in 1945

Mayfair Heights is an Urban Conservation District, meaning that certain rules should be adhered to in order to maintain the original look and feel of the neighborhood.

Originally purchased in 1944 by C.B. Warr, Mayfair was developed as a family neighborhood full of charming homes in a coveted location. Nearly 75 years later, the architecture and unique details in the homes he created are beloved by homeowners with a nostalgic appreciation for historic homes. Ranging from 1200 to 2000 square-feet, these petite homes are mainly brick or stone with detached garages. In the outer edges of the community, you’ll find more mid-century homes with unique footprints.

If you are interested in purchasing a home and updating it, be sure to consult the UCD guidelines to prevent any issues with the zoning department.

If you are considering a move to Mayfair Heights, consider joining us at our next Neighborhood Meeting and we’d be happy to tell you more about our awesome community.
